This year is flying by! We are so grateful for the support that our families and community shows for all of us at Brookside. We look forward to some upcoming fun next week, with Solstice celebrations in grades 1-3, some earned movies and other celebrations sprinkled throughout- and hopefully some time outside with new snow?!
We encourage 'ugly sweaters' to be worn next Wednesday, by all students and staff, to really end 2021 with a bang!

BPS Chorus Announcement
BPS Chorus has gotten off to a great start! Here is some important information:
Permission slips are due on December 22nd.
Encourage your child to eat breakfast at home on the day they have chorus. If they get breakfast at school that day, they will not be able to eat until after rehearsal. If they receive services in the morning, they will not be able to eat until after those services, so best to have them eat at home, if possible.
Help your child get to rehearsal on time.
Chorus Rehearsal Schedule:
3rd Grade - Tuesdays from 7:40-8:10
4th Grade - Thursdays from 7:30-8:00

Updated Plan for 3rd and 4th grade iMove:
When: Thursday 1/27, Tuesday 2/1
Who: We need level 3 volunteers for these iMove ski/snowshoe days.
What Time: 11:00-2:00pm
Where: Meet at Trapps
We did not meet our goal of chaperones so we will only be able to go skiing at Trapps for 2 days. Please see the revised dates, these days were selected because they had the most chaperones available. Your child’s classroom teacher will be in touch with you to confirm these days still work for you.
